환율표 개인정보처리방침

환율표(Rate Board, FxArc, com.fxarc.app)는 실시간 환율과 홈 화면 위젯을 제공하는 앱입니다. 회원가입과 로그인이 없으며 계정 정보, 이메일, 연락처 또는 위치를 요구하지 않습니다. 광고와 사용 분석 도구를 포함하지 않습니다.
1. 기기에서 처리하는 정보
관심 통화 목록, 위젯별 통화 설정, 화면·위젯 스타일과 최근 받은 환율은 기기 안에 저장합니다. 이 정보는 개발자의 서버로 보내지 않으며, 앱 삭제나 Android 앱 데이터 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다.
화면·위젯 스타일과 관심 통화 목록은 Android의 백업·기기 이전 대상에 포함합니다. 백업이 켜진 경우 운영체제와 사용자의 백업 계정 설정에 따라 보관·복원될 수 있습니다. 위젯 식별자와 받은 환율은 백업하지 않습니다.
2. 환율 정보 요청
환율과 차트를 표시하기 위해 앱이 Yahoo Finance와 ExchangeRate-API(open.er-api.com)에 통화 코드(예: USD, KRW)로 환율을 요청합니다. 이 요청에는 사용자를 식별하는 정보를 넣지 않지만, 인터넷 통신의 특성상 해당 서비스가 기기의 IP 주소와 일반적인 요청 정보를 받을 수 있습니다. 각 서비스의 처리는 Yahoo 개인정보처리방침과 ExchangeRate-API 약관을 따릅니다.
3. 의견 보내기
설정의 ‘의견 보내기’에서 보내기를 누를 때만 다음을 전송합니다: 직접 적은 내용(최대 2,000자), 앱 버전, 기기 제조사·모델명과 기기 이름, Android 버전, 언어 설정. 입력란에 이름·연락처 등을 적으면 그 내용도 함께 전달되니 원하지 않는 개인정보는 적지 말아 주세요. 관심 통화 목록, 전화번호와 이메일 주소는 자동으로 붙지 않습니다. 받은 의견은 문의 대응과 앱 개선에만 쓰며, 처리가 끝나면 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 내용이 남지 않도록 정리합니다.
4. 처리 업체와 보관
의견 보내기는 Google Apps Script를 거쳐 Notion Labs, Inc.(미국)의 Notion에 보관합니다. 이전 국가: 미국 / 이전 시점: 보내기를 누를 때 / 이전 방법: 암호화된 네트워크 전송 / 보유 기간: 문의 처리와 앱 개선이 끝날 때까지. 개발자는 자체 회원 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다.
5. 선택과 문의
관심 통화와 위젯은 앱과 홈 화면에서 언제든 바꾸거나 지울 수 있습니다. 운영체제 백업은 Android의 백업 설정에서 관리합니다. 보낸 의견의 삭제를 원하시거나 개인정보 관련 문의가 있으면 majejoa@gmail.com으로 연락해 주세요.
6. 변경과 대상
이 앱은 일반 사용자를 위한 정보 도구이며 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 표시되는 환율은 참고용 중간값이며 거래·송금 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다. 광고나 분석 도구를 추가하는 등 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다.
Rate Board Privacy Policy

Rate Board (환율표, FxArc, com.fxarc.app) shows live exchange rates and home-screen widgets. No account or login is required. We do not request account information, email addresses, contacts or location. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
1. On-device information
Your watchlist, the currency pair of each widget, appearance and widget style settings, and recently fetched rates are stored on the device. They are not sent to developer servers and can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings.
Appearance settings and the watchlist are included in Android backup and device transfer. If backup is enabled, the operating system may store and restore them according to your backup account and settings. Widget identifiers and fetched rates are excluded.
2. Exchange-rate requests
To show rates and charts, the app requests rates from Yahoo Finance and ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com) using currency codes such as USD or KRW. These requests contain nothing that identifies you, but as with any internet request, those services receive your device's IP address and standard request information. Their handling follows the Yahoo Privacy Policy and the ExchangeRate-API terms.
3. Send feedback
Only when you tap Send in Settings > Send feedback, the app transmits the text you wrote (up to 2,000 characters), app version, device manufacturer, model and device name, Android version and language setting. Anything you write, such as a name or contact details, is delivered as written, so please leave out personal information you do not want to share. Your watchlist, phone number and email address are not attached. Feedback is used only to respond and improve the app, and identifying content is cleaned up once it has been handled.
4. Service providers and retention
Send feedback is relayed through Google Apps Script and stored in Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., United States). It is transferred to the United States over an encrypted connection when you tap Send and kept until the inquiry and related improvements are handled. We do not operate a user account database.
5. Choices and contact
You can change or remove watchlist pairs and widgets at any time in the app and on your home screen. Android backup is managed in the operating system's backup settings. To request deletion of feedback you sent or for privacy inquiries: majejoa@gmail.com.
6. Changes and audience
The app is an information tool for general users and is not directed at children. Rates are mid-market reference values; the app offers no trading or money-transfer services. If data handling changes, for example when advertising or analytics is added, this page and its effective date will be updated.
