앱은 위치, 연락처, 사진·파일 등 기기 내 개인 데이터에 접근하지 않습니다. 시세·거래대금 등의 가격 정보는 각 거래소의 공개 API에서 가져오며 개인정보가 아닙니다.
의견 보내기의 도배를 막기 위해 앱 설치 식별자와 접속 IP를 사용하지만, 원본 값은 저장하지 않고 되돌릴 수 없는 해시로만 짧게 보관합니다. 의견 내용과 메일 주소를 이용자가 지정하도록 하지 않으며, 받는 사람은 운영자로 고정되어 있습니다.
의견은 이용자가 직접 작성하는 글이므로, 이름·연락처 등 개인정보를 적으면 그대로 저장됩니다. 필요한 내용만 적어 주시기를 권합니다.
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 사업자가 데이터를 처리합니다. 각 사업자의 처리 내용은 링크된 방침을 따릅니다.
데이터는 위 사업자의 해외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다. 프리미엄 알림과 의견 보내기의 데이터는 Google의 아시아 리전(서울·도쿄) 서버에 저장·처리되며, 광고·분석·크래시 리포트는 각 사업자의 정책에 따라 미국 등 다른 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
Coin Compare는 광고 수익으로 무료로 제공됩니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 이용자에게는 광고 개인화에 대한 동의를 별도로 받으며, 동의 내용은 앱의 설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.
Coin Compare는 만 14세(또는 관할 법령상 기준 연령) 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
이 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 개정 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 내 공지로 함께 안내합니다.

The app does not access personal data on your device such as location, contacts, photos, or files. Market data (prices, volumes) comes from each exchange's public API and is not personal information.
To prevent feedback spam we use your app installation identifier and IP address, but we never store the original values — only a short-lived, irreversible hash. You cannot choose the recipient or the sending address; feedback always goes to the operator.
Feedback is text you write yourself, so anything you type — including your name or contact details — is stored as written. We suggest including only what is necessary.

Data may be processed on these providers' servers abroad. Premium alert and feedback data is stored and processed in Google's Asian regions (Seoul and Tokyo); advertising, analytics, and crash reporting may be processed elsewhere, including the United States, under each provider's own policy.
Coin Compare is free and supported by ads. Users in the EEA and UK are asked for separate consent for personalized ads, and can change their choice anytime in Settings → Ad privacy settings inside the app.
Coin Compare is not directed to children under 14 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
When this policy changes, we will post the updated version and its effective date on this page. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
