이 약관은 Coin Compare(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 운영자·이용자의 권리와 의무를 정합니다. 앱을 설치·이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
프리미엄 알림은 공개 API에서 받은 값을 기준으로 주기적으로 확인해 보내는 참고용 기능입니다. 거래소 점검·응답 지연·네트워크 상태 등으로 알림이 늦게 가거나 가지 않을 수 있으며, 운영자는 알림의 도달과 시점을 보장하지 않습니다. 알림을 매매 신호로 삼아 발생한 결과의 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
채팅 등 서비스 이용 시 다음 행위를 금지합니다.
위반 시 사전 통지 없이 메시지 삭제, 채팅 이용 제한, 계정 정지 등의 조치가 있을 수 있습니다.
서비스는 광고 수익으로 무료로 제공됩니다. 일부 기능(예: 스캐너 빠른 갱신, 두 번째부터의 프리미엄 알림 등록)은 보상형 광고 시청을 조건으로 제공될 수 있으며, 광고 시청을 중도에 중단하면 보상이 지급되지 않을 수 있습니다. 광고로 얻은 등록 기회는 현금이나 다른 재화로 바꿀 수 없고 한 번 쓰면 사라지며, 운영자는 무료 제공 개수와 상한을 변경할 수 있습니다.
서비스와 그 구성요소(앱, 디자인, 로고 등)에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 작성한 채팅·의견 등의 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 운영자는 서비스 운영·표시와 서비스 개선에 필요한 범위에서 이를 사용할 수 있습니다.
운영자는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 변경·중단에 대해 운영자는 법령상 책임이 있는 경우를 제외하고 별도로 배상하지 않습니다.
운영자는 천재지변, 거래소 API 장애, 통신 장애 등 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해와, 이용자가 서비스의 정보를 신뢰하여 행한 투자 등의 결과에 대해 법이 허용하는 최대 한도에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 개정 내용과 시행일을 게시하며, 중요한 변경은 앱 내 공지로 함께 안내합니다. 개정 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에서 다룹니다.
These terms govern the use of Coin Compare (the "Service") and the rights and obligations of the operator and users. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Premium alerts are a reference feature: we check values from public APIs on a schedule and send a notification. Exchange maintenance, slow responses, or network conditions can make an alert late or prevent it entirely, and the operator does not guarantee delivery or timing. You are responsible for any outcome of treating an alert as a trading signal.
The following are prohibited when using the Service, including chat:
Violations may result in message removal, chat restrictions, or account suspension without prior notice.
The Service is free and supported by ads. Some features (e.g., fast scanner refresh, registering a second or later premium alert) may be offered in exchange for watching rewarded ads; leaving an ad early may forfeit the reward. A registration granted by an ad has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for anything else, and is consumed once used. The operator may change how many alerts are free and the overall limit.
Rights to the Service and its components (app, design, logos) belong to the operator. You retain rights to the content you create, such as chat messages and feedback; the operator may use it to the extent necessary to operate and display the Service and to improve it.
The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service. Except where required by law, the operator is not liable for changes to or discontinuation of a free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure, exchange API failures, network outages) or for the outcomes of investments made in reliance on information from the Service.
When these terms change, the updated version and its effective date will be posted on this page, and material changes will also be announced in the app. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent court under applicable procedural law.
